Can't get through

I called the call centre for clarification on an SMS about my account. I held on for 45 min. and then someone picked up and put me back on hold! <br> <br> I prefer to speak to someone as their mail complaints take forever to get a response.<br> <br> Still don't know what ^%$#@ is in that SMS!<br> <br> My 'fongkong' handset, provided by then, keeps on breaking. When you call about that, and should you eventually get through, they tell you to go to their walk in centres. To get to a walk in centre is not easy, as they only have about 3 of those in the whole country! You have to travel to get to one of those!
