Can't complain about service if the is none

<p>For the past couple of months, Neotel has gone from bad to **********. More than half the time, one can't connect and the other half there is a near non-existent signal. You get sent from one person to the next and promises are made to see to it,only to have none of them come to fruition. Quick enough to take payment out of your banking account, but never as quick to solve their ****py service. They are more worried about their BEEE status thatn actually employing people who are capable of doing the job</p>
