Call agent incorrect information no refund

<p>Took a month to month contract.</p> <p>Agent said I will get 10GB despite being the last 1/2 weeks of May.</p> <p>Voice recording confirmed this.</p> <p>Two promises was made:</p> <p>1. Refund of the data that was used "out of bundle", about R800. This was verified by Neotel several times, but refund never happened.</p> <p>2. With all of the sudden charges I bought 2 vouchers, combined R150. The Neotel manager at Menlyn said I should come to him and he will refund me. He just stopped responding to me. He has never come back to me after several follow up emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>None of the promises was kept by Neotel.</p>
