BUSINESS AT A HALT DUE TO NEOTEL'S LACK OF SERVICE

Neomail services have been suspended without notification (they say they sent out notifications, but I certainly did not receive it). After finding out this was going to happen, I called the service centre to assist me in setting up a forwarding address but Neotel said they were not able to do so... I then set up an out-of-office notification for my clients but I see that the Neomail service has been completely stopped and my out of office notification does not work any more and none of my clients are able to get through to me (other than the few who had read my out-of-office notification). This has had a HUGE impact on my business and Neomail can't assist. I plan to take them to task unless this is sorted out.
