Blacklisted - not my account

The biggest mistake I have made is open an account with Neotel in 2008. I had 1 account and then I had 2 more accounts added to my profile, I took this up with then team leader Michelle Naidoo, who agreed that these accounts do not belong on my profile, completed an affidavid and asked the question - can you prove that I accepted these accounts - Michelle confirmed - NO, Lutando(Another team leader) confirmed, NO, i have not - there is no proof that I ever took these products - NOW YOU IDIOTS HAVE BLACKLISTED ME - Luthando committed to a phone call by 4 yesterday (9 Feb) and nevevr did - Michelle never did what she said she will do, so do not expect any other leader in this business to do the same. Neotel can not be trusted...!
