Billing me without having supp**** a phone

In February this year I asked Neotel for a quote on a phone and internet. I had to fill out a form, including a debit order for a monthly deduction should a phone be installed. They delivered a handset within days, but when the technicians came, it appeared that my house did not have the necessary reception of their signal.<br> <br> After two months of trying to get them to collect their handset again, I managed to organise this. However, Neotel is now billing me for a phone which I never used, nor could have used, given that I have no signal. I have contacted several times them and received reassurances that their billing department would deal with the issue, but no luck. <br>
