Billing issues dating back to 2015 still not resolved

We have been trying to sort out our account with Neotel since August last year when we were incorrectly billed . Neotel has advised us to pay half the amount of the invoice due. However the balance have not been reverse and the interest charges s****ed to ac***ulate. We contacted Neotel again and were advised that the guy who dealt with our account has left the company and they don’t know anything of this arrangement and can’t reverse the balance due. So we were requested to pay the balance due and were assured that the interest charges will be reversed.We paid the invoice in full and one year later the interest charges are still not reversed. We phoned, e-mailed on numerous occasions to Tshepo Msimango who is responsible for our account and everytime he assured us that the interest charges will be reversed . But untill now our account still has a balance outstanding because of the billing issues. We are trying to get Neotel to clear this account but there has been no change for a year now. How long does it take to process a request, especially a request which dates back to August 2015. The management is s****ing to GREATLY rethink the choice of choosing Neotel. The Lack of help and the lack of Communication is **********!! Thereafter if Neotel is not able to fulfill our request and come up with a suitable solution for our problem we intend on taking it further. Neotel Account No. 105506
