Billing from Neotel Not resolved

<p>I wrote a review on 15 March 2016. Neotel called me and promised me that the matter will be resolved. More than 3 months later, I now am getting calls and sms from their debt collection company for monies that I do not even know where and how it was calculated. </p> <p>There is no coming right with neotel. </p>
