Billing after termination dates.

My Data and Phone service contract ended 26 May 2017. I gave notice for the Data to be terminated 19 April, more than 20 working days notice. This was done, but I received a service fee for June of R86.84. I Complained and i had a credit of R63.69 in July. Why did I get charged at all for June when the Data contract expired 26 May? I chose to continue with the phone service (now out of contract), but it was so poor, I decided to terminate it 7 June 2017. I have emails from Innocent Ntsane and CS RETENTIONS on 12 July confirming termination. I also have emails from Mmamy Khosana regarding late termination due to "technical difficulties" In fact this was not done, and I then received a bill for a service fee in July, and again in August, and after complaining , it was FINALLY only terminated 21 August. Neotel insist that I am liable for the service fees as the phone was still in usage. In fact the first time it was used in June was on the 14th. In other words, Neotel did not follow my instruction to terminate the service on 7 June date and deem that that they have the right to continue charging me. A phone call from Neotel agreed to credit me for August, why not July as weell, as it was the same reason? I have numerous emails which show a total lack of professionalism, many consultants giving me different excuses and replies. I have gone to Liquidtelecom, who have simply reverted back to Neotel.

This has already been done! And the same excuse supp****. If you had terminated the service when instructed to, we wouldn't be here. Technical difficulties are not the customers' problem.
