Billed for services not even existing

<p>A Consultant came to my shop and offered me wonderful service through Neotel. I was prepared to change my service provider with the condition that the reception must be excelent. The aplication was filled in and a week later someone came to install the device but when they tested for signal it came back as poor. NOTHING was installed and I told them they can cancel my aplication because the condition was not met.</p> <p>Now I receive phone calls and sms's stating I owe Neotel money for their services which I do not have. I lodged a complaint with the call centre( which I have recorded)....... No response yet. I tried using their web site ....... "conversion_error" .</p> <p>Should I really have to wait for them to hand the account over due to non payment and risk my good name with the Credit Bureau or should I see my lawyer now and sue them first.?</p>
