Biggest joke to date!!

<p>All I want to do is Cancel this contract now. I'm on the 4mb uncapped wireless broadband package and this 1 day having internet and 3 weeks not is seriously unacceptable!!! Every month my debit order goes off without fail and every time there's no internet or it's insanely slow! I have resulted to having to use my phone as a hotspot just to do work!! Then you make a call to customer service and say you want to cancel and they say they transferring your call and the call drops???!? Then phone back for another 30mins on hold. The SIM card box attached the that pole on the side of my house is nothing more than a monthly expense for a useless ornament. Get this useless package out of my house now and don't you dare even try charge me a cancellation fee! Take the years of debit orders you take vs the service you give and find your cancellation fee in there. I'm done!! I'm sorry I turned down all the other service providers and signed up with you guys. You're a joke.</p>
