BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!!!

So after my previous review i received a call from one of Neotels complaints advisors.

My router has been faulty since january and after two router swaps i was finally able to use my wifi again by the end of February.

Neotel allows unused data to roll over for three months. I was not able to use my data for just under two months meaning i had a large amount due to myself in March.

I asked Neotel if they will credit me for the two months that I was unable to use their service and they said no as the data has been rolled over into March.

What Neotel does not get is that all this data WHICH I PAID for will now expire by the end of the month, but legally i am entitled to it to roll over for a futher 2 months (the period i was unable to use the data and for which i PAID FOR!!!!)

I received a call from a lady telling me that they noted activity in January and February and therefor no credit will be issued. My question to them is - how on earth is this possible when i had no router???

I sent a mail on the 9th of March advising that they will either need to pass credit for those two months or atelast allow the data to roll over for a further 2 months - but once again - NO REPLY!!!!!!!! I am beyond fed up of Neotel's lack of communication. They do not value their customers - the same customers paying to use their service!!!
