BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE of Neotel!

Neotel are a terrible disappointment. There broadband is so bad that it is practically unusable. To the point that Google's basic search page will not load. Upon submitting a fault request they always insist on doing a FTP file upload and download as they believe speedtests are misleading. Further increasing our downtime instead of sorting out the fault. Unfortunately in our case speedtest cannot be done because their speeds are slower than a dying tortoise. We having been experiencing slow speeds for the last two months. I cannot recommend Neotel to anyone because quite frankly if you're switching from Telkom the grass is not greener on the other side. Businesses beware Neotel has poor support and insufficient technicians outside the major cities, they will try to resolve everything remotely when clearly on site support is needed. Neotel's handling of customer complaints and support requests are joke and they disgust me.
