being charges for a service that is not being given

<p>about A year ago i ordered a neotel enternet line and i was approved and neotel came to install my line and since the day they installed the line the line was not working so i called neotel back and they came to remove the line my domestic worker was there they did not give her any paper work or anything they said they'll fix the problem and get back to us that was around the september 2016 since then they never got back to me but they have been charging me for the service every month but i don't have any line from them n they refuse to reverse the transaction and they showing my credit record to be very negitave i think that neotel is trying to to rob ppl into signing contracts then not providing a service then they expact payment how can i pay for a service i am not using</p> <p>i complaind to them over n over n they keep pushing me to other agents</p> <p> the last refferance they gave me was sreq ********** 98</p>
