Been waiting almost 2 months for a response

I submitted complaints on Hello Peter on 18 May, 31 May, 8 Jun & 14 Jun. Each time I got a generic reply stating <br> <br> We thank you for highlighting this problem to us. We assure that we will be investigating this matter urgently and will be in contact with you to discuss the way forward. We assure you that we will endeavor to have a speedy resolution for you.<br> <br> Still waiting for an actual response almost 2 months later. I am confused by the fact that you list yourselves as a company who responds.<br> <br> I am not available by phone - email only. Should you eventually decide to actually read my complaint and attend to it.
