Been pushed from pillar to post

<p>I have placed a request last month to convert my account to month to month and was advised no problem it will be done on the 1 of march today is the 23rd and nothing now they telling me no it will only be done in April so why are you guys making promises you cannot keep. it’s costing me more to sit on the phone with one of the consultant that is trained to say certain things and nothing more i have asked to talk to management and till today no one has phoned back, then they turn around and tell you we should obtain a ref number but no one ever gives one. It is the most pathetic services ever. </p>
