Be very careful when signing up with Neotel !

<p>I have logged a query with Neotel on 19 August 2016. The contract I signed up for was 15Gig for R249 pm. They ALWAYS charge me more than that and even though I have logged SEVEN queries, I have NEVER had a consultant call me or provide a proper response. I requested for the cancellation of the contract and they simply ignore the request, charging me happily, and on random dates for a non-existing service. In August they experienced major outages and I received an email apologising for the disruption and a promise that the next month would be FREE. They still charged me more than the agreed amount. I will escalate this to director level and will also get legal assistance. When I signed up, I really thought they are different, but they are the WORST company to log a compalint/query with. I am super disappointed in their service. </p>
