bad sevice

<p>My name is JOHN MITCHELL I’m using one of your internet package the one for R499 which I’m being charge +-R1700 ,AND THIS HAPPEN EVERY MONTH NON STOP ,I have loge complain after complains but with no help, I am supposed to get 25GIG but instead I get 23987 gig my service get cut at 99% every month, but some month I don’t have internet because of technical difficulties which last for 2 to 4 days with no explanation, I am being charge out of bundle charges because according to you company I go over my limit.</p> <p> </p> <p>So My Joshi I always being a loyal customer ,but the service I get and the amount of time I spent on the phone with your call centre, I can just go and open an expensive contact with any other internet provider institution. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is one of my Ref numbers SREQ ********** 17.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
