Bad service delivery
<p>I pay for a 1mbp line and only get 0.2mbps for the last week. I've call twice and told there's too many people using the Internet in my area. Why do I pay for a service and don't get it. I do on line tutoring for students and I can't get on. This is messing with my work and the students education. </p>
