Bad Service

<p>About 4 - 5 weeks ago I contacted Neotel for assistance with a faulty phone and an extension. The service level agreement with them provides a turnaround time of not more than 24 hours. It has been 5 weeks now and still no assistance. I have made many phonecalls and sent emails for follow ups and still I have not recieved any assistance. I will be cancelling my contaract with them and do not reccomend their services to anymone. </p>
