Bad Service
<p>I find your website a bit frustrating – I want to make a complaint so I will do it here.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had an account with Neotel which we closed in August 2013 (I EVENTUALLY got an email to say the account was closed)</p> <p> </p> <p>In Sept 2014 we were handed over to a debt collector MBD Credit solutions – I eventually sorted the problem when I proved we did not owe anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW end of September 2016 R500.00 was taken out of our Current Business account (no prior notification) by a Debt Collector Nudebt Management Pty Ltd – after many calls and emails to this company it was eventually proved we did not owe anything to Neotel – instead of them refunding our money they paid it over to Neotel. I have written on many occasions to Neotel, I have phoned them (they will get back to me??) I even went to their offices in Midrand – I was NOT ALLOWED to see anyone higher than the guy on the desk – he assured me he would log the complaint and revert back within 48 hours (I am still waiting) my reference is SREQ ********** 86.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called on 12 December again to be told I would that week?? (I am still waiting)</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could you advise what I should do next?</p>
