bad service

<p>Bought a wifi modem in April 2016. A few weeks later it mal****ioned and i returned it back to them,however they didnt have any wifi modem and borrowed me a plug in modem (not wifi)which was a second hand.I kept making enquiries for all this peroid and told they out of stock.The borrowed modem mal****ioned recently and i took it to them.They refused to take it .They pointed out a small plastic crack on the outside as a reason .I spoke to the manager and he was also unhelpful.They said i must take it myself to JHB cbd.</p>
