Bad Service

<p>I had a contract with Neotel. According to them we had signal for data at our home but we do not have a good signal. I phone a lot of times they promise me that they will come back, but nothing. I cancelled my contract May 2016 and they phone me and said that one of there consultants will phone me back - so far nobody call. I pay my account but I still receive that I owe them. How can I owe them if I do not have signal and my account is suspended after I cancelled the contract.</p>
