bad internet speeds

Hi, Complaints that only get sort for few days ,then back to same problem? I was promised speed of over 2Mbps before buying my internet ****le type: AC2787. I bought it a good while ago. For a long while the speeds was good,got good full signal . Then starts speed decreasing to so bad that it takes more than 2 minutes to open any webpage. I've phoned in a number of times in the past to complain about slow speeds. I have a fixed wireless phone with internet with Neotel for more than 6 years of which i knew speeds was slow. so much later on i bought ****le for the faster speeds in addition to keeping my phone line . After phoning to complain, speed are better for 2 or 3 days some of the times, then back to slow speeds. Ping: 797ms Download: 0.3Mbps Upload: 0.57Mbps There are times that speed tests time out because speed being so slow. Recently i called and said that i am considering cancelling both my services with them, because problem isn't being sorted out. Two days later my speeds was back to good speeds of 2.4Mbps download speeds. Less than 2 weeks back to slow speeds again. Looks like to me that a private homes isn't good enough. Doesn't look like they care much about my use of there services.
