Bad Connection speed

<p>Refer to ref:FCR ********** 87</p> <p> </p> <p>My connection speed has been migrated to 4MB on the 1st of August. but since then my connection has been slower than usual. I have been running speedtests from the 1st of Aug and only once did I get more than 1MB!</p> <p>Note the following:<br />- My PC is connected straight via LAN cable (not Wifi)<br />- There are no other devices connected<br />- There are no other programs running that consumes bandwidth</p> <p>Please resolve this as soon as possible</p> <p> </p> <p>PS> I have already submitted numerous screenshots to "consumers-at-neotel.co.za" so please don't even bother to ask me again!</p>
