Bad business

<p>As an SME owner, I decided to give Neotel a try. Worst decision I ever made. Not only is their internet completely useless, but their phone lines are even worse. It's been a week now that our business phones haven't been working properly - bad signal, constantly offline, and we can't dial numbers because they're "busy." I've even tried to cancel my modem because we do not use the shocking internet, and they will not cancel my contract? So quick to take money yet so poor to retain their customers. I would even go so far to say that Neotel is worse than Telkom... </p>
