Bad bad bad bad

I have never experienced service lile this. We have neotel lines for out business and the phone is not working. I want to buy a new phone as our business can not function without our phones. They informed me that they have no phones in stock in the whole south africa and I can also not buy a phone somewhere else. How is that even possible. They are also rude over the phone and gave no solutions. Unexeptable. I would not recommend neotel at all.
