Avoid this ISP like the Plague it is!

Neotel is the WORST ISP I've ever encountered. On an expensive 6mb uncapped line we are getting throttled into the ground. Speedtests consistently show a line speed of 20kps. Why? So they can use the bandwidth they save throttling us to sell to other unfortunate consumers. Pathetic company, vile service...total joke. To think neotel was supposed to open up the monopolised ISP market in this country.
