After lodging a complaint about poor service delivery from Neotel Menlyn Retail Park and Neotel Head Office, Neotel was quick to send an automated response: \We assure you that we will be investigating this matter urgently and will be in contact with you to discuss the way forward. We assure you that we will endeavor to have a speedy resolution for you."<br> <br> It is now a week later"
