arrogant and *********** Neohell

My e-mail stopped working and i been told that there is a technical issue. Fair enough, can happen.The next day still no service and i been told that they no longer support some servers. Why was no customer told in advance , they are in the communication business. The arrogance of the service center is simply unbeatable , i was promised a service manager will call me back , i am still waiting. Sorry i ever connected with Neotel their attitude is simply , we don't give a **** about you, just pay us.
