<p>When will someone at Neotel decide to answer me? I send various emails to you offices, with only the automated response mail coming back.</p> <p>This is my mail to you guys:</p> <p><br />Dear whom it may concern,Preview attachment Itemised Call_A ********** _2016-09_ ********** 146.pdf<br />[PDF]<br />Itemised Call_A ********** _2016-09_ ********** 146.pdf<br />5.1 MB</p> <p><br />I've been waiting for a call from Neotel regarding the mentioned problem.</p> <p>It looks like somebody somewhere don't want to call, so I decided that I'm also not going to waste my costs further on telephone calls(please see my MTN statement the calls made to Neotel - which I request to be refunded for, as I'm not getting any satisfaction and we will start deducting from the subscription for every time we cannot use the service)<br />It looks like I eliminate the problem to the router may be faulty or incorrectly configured. When I link(lan type) directly to the router with my laptop I get internet access, meaning I can browse and I can upload(sending mail with attachments), BUT very unstable. This morning(14/10/2016) I tried to send a mail with an attachment, but it's not sending. I did a speed test and guess what, NO UPLOAD SPEED AVAILABLE, AS IT TIMES OUT.(using this link speedtest.neotel.co.za/ Inline image 1</p> <p>So I use the cable feeding the router from the POE, and connect it to my laptop, and guess what, INTERNET CONNECTION AND UPLOAD SPEED TESTED TO 1.36MBPS. This is amazing, don't you think.</p> <p>Now the other problem I have is that the wireless light on the router is flickering orange. now this let me come back to my theory of elimination, the router might be faulty.</p> <p>Isn't that a mouth full.</p> <p>I'm asking again, please address this issue and address the MTN bill.<br /> </p> <p>Regards</p>
