Are they for real?

<p>I have been phoning Neotel since December last year to find out when they will be receiving handsets as mine has had its time,</p> <p>I probably just need a new battery. After going to their Cape Town branch early December i have called them once a month and i was told each time that they will be receiving stock at the end of the month, today i was told mid April they will be receiving stock. I cant believe a company of this magnitude cant even have 1 handset or battery to supply within the county.</p> <p>I really wonder what the CEO of this company was thinking. If he was my staff he or she would be without a job thats for sure. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
