Application refused because i'm self-employed ?!!?

My application was unsuccessful because i am self-employed ?? I mean ...WTH. I've been self-employed for 10+ years. I have bought motor bikes etc on credit, cell phone contracts, game accounts, makro accounts all on credit. My bank acc. is always in the positive and they try to tell me i have no CREDIT!! <br> <br> Neotel you better get your act together! as it seems your \credit"check department needs to have its own internal check done!<br> <br> I Need this line for my business and there isn't any telkom infrastructure where i live. <br> <br> So basically Neotel you are telling half of South Africa that if you are self-employed that you wont give them a service and that they shouldn't even bother to contact you ??
