<p>When you decide to open a new account with Neotel, gosh were they a breeze. They do everything online, over the phone, what a pleasure. However, when you finally find better-priced internet, (Telkom, I know but they're way cheaper) and want to cancel, they either ignore your request or it's tremendously difficult to get hold of anyone. They continuously charged me and didn't cancel my contract, I dialled their call centre, and guess what? Once they hear you want to cancel, your call is put down. Remarkable service indeed. And yes, I was being sarcastic. </p>
