Agents outstanding service

Dear Neotel <br> <br> I would like to compliment Happy Shibambu for outstanding service.<br> On the 8th of January I reset my router as I had forgotten my password. <br> I called in to Neotel technical call centre more than seven times, none of the technicians could assist<br> till I gave up. <br> <br> I called in again the morning of 9 January, Happy took the call. He took his time to troubleshoot the problem <br> going through all settings. He informed me he would call me back in the next 5 mins of which he did. <br> We eventually had a break through. <br> <br> I would like to mention that Happy's troubleshooting and technical ability are of the highest quality.
