AFTER FIRST HELLO PETER REPORT STILL NO RESPONSE
I wrote a hello peter report on Neotel 2 weeks ago and they were fast to respond and say that they will investigate but its 2 weeks later and no one from Neotel has contacted me.<br> <br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.<br> <br> Neotel is becoming known for their terrible customer service.
