After cancelling contract they still deduct another month!

<p>I cancelled my contract in May. on the 28th of May all hardware was removed from my residence and the contract was officially over.</p> <p> </p> <p>End of May i was deducted for that month's monthly fee. I called them, because they were supposed to dedut not only my montlyfee, but also the R1000 cancellation fee. They said they would deduce the cancelation fee at the end of June.</p> <p> </p> <p>End of June comes, and they not only deduct my R1000 cancelation fee, but another R800 of the montlhy fee. I called the call center on the 4th of July, because my contract was terminated in May. They advised that they have made a mistake and that they will refund my R800 within 5 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 14h of July. No refund has come.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the call center, and they told me that my "credit " of R500 has been approved. You deducted R1800 for the month of June, not R1500. And I do not want "credit" I want the refund of the money you guys STOLE from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not want to log another query as per your "service consultant" and wait another 5 days to find out you guys still are not giving me back the full amount you stole! Iam tired of this level of disrespect towards your customers, and the absolutely disgusting level of service that I have received from the moment i tried to cancel my contract!</p>
