Accounting Problem now Resolved

After battling with Neotel accounts department since August 2017 whereby they were billing me with explainable amounts right up to April 2018 - With the intervention of their Senior Staff member Mr Althaf Majeed | Executive Escalations Consultant Neotel Service Assurance Neotel (Pty) Ltd, 401 Old Pretoria Main Road, Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa, +27 860 (636 835) |  +27 11 ********** all got resolved in May 2018 - Now we are friends - but they need to jack up their call centre which keeps cutting calls
