Absolutely zero support
Logged a ticket, techs came onsite and couldn't fix problem... and then nothing. Not even a phone call. Complete silence. E-mails to support are ignored. E-mails to the so-called \talk2us\" address are ignored as well. Incidentally helpdesk asked me if I wanted to cancel because they couldn't fix my problem... how is that for ****py customer service. Why I signed up for this service in the first place is beyond me. How the business I work at is even Neotel partners is another miracle."
