Absolutely pathetic service

<p>We ordered a phone from Neotel, made the payment, many ups and downs just to get the phone to us. Upon arrival, it was the incorrect phone. When phoning the sales rep, Palesa Simelane, was told "the unit we wanted was out of stock, so we were sent another one". Told her we wanted a refund, and we have been waiting for more than a month for the refund. She doesn't answer phone calles and emails and neither does her manager. Disgraceful service and complete incompetence. Will never deal with Neotel in the future</p>
