Absolutely pathetic!

<p>I reported to the Neotel Call Centre that certain numbers of a large business concern were not accessible from the Neotel handset. All the operator did was to dial the number from their side and report back that they were able to access the business. As I had no problem dialing numbers all over the country and internationally I felt the problem was on their side. In spite of registering several call-ins I was informed to take the phone to Neotel. Instead I approached people in my area who had Neotel handsets and when dialing the same number they also could not get through. The line would beep a few times and become silent. </p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually I contacted Neotel in Bellville and explained the situation - leter a technician called and asked me to dial the number I could not access so that he could check where the fault lay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Neotel by messing around on the technical side have now succeeded in making it impossible to dial any number - both local and international. Not even to phone their help center or to recharge the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the shocking level of service you can expect from Neotel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am using hellopeter as the only means of communication to contact this dismal communication company,</p>
