6 weeks, no response, everyone is avoiding me

I have been trying to get hold of someone from Neotel to come and fix my line for 6 weeks but they are completely avoiding me. The only response I ever get is \It's been escalated".<br> <br> When I contacted them on twitter they told me it had been escalated twice"
