5 Weeks to increase a datacap

It can only be Neotel that can take 5 weeks to increase a datacap. Many Emails and people calling to confirm that it will be done but still no result. Perhaps its easier just to do nothing and make money from the penalty I must pay for the excess data used. Pathetic.
