10GB none used

<p>Neotel SA will promise you the world and then 'give it to you'. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've signed up for a mobile data router that is loaded with 10GB data per month. Problem is this - data is so slow that I cannot even connect my cellphone. SO each and every month I pay something silly like R200 for 10GB of data I'm unable to even connect to unless the wind blows in the right direction. Which is a waste not to mention a breach of contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to cancel my agreement but, of course, cant actually even find an agreement to find out how to go about cancelling it. </p>
