0.03mbps download speed is acceptable for Neotel

<p>I have stopped complaning because there is always some excuse why neotel can not send a tec out to test my conection and Im just gatvol of re-setting my modem no less then 8 times a day. I cant access certain websites which is very frustrating, especially if you want to do internet payments. This is the worst service provider ever. </p>
