Poor Client Service by Nel Attorneys

The initial service was ok however as the process continued we started encountering problems. 1. There was a miscalculation of cost and fees leaving me with a shortfall on a sale of property. 2. There was then a delay in processing once shortfall was paid. Resulting in additional charges being levied. 3. The lawyer in charge then took a unilateral decision to pay the additional shortfall without coming to an agreement with me. 4. There was a delay in processing the municipal refund...took almost 5 months... 5. Now that refund is ready we are being informed of additional charges and the lawyer claiming back the money he paid to cover shortfall, a payment I was never informed about.
