Nel Prokureurs - Horrible service, *************, you will not get your money back

Horrible service from Nel Prokureurs. City of Johannesburg paid our municipal account refund into their bank account. After sending them proof of payment and multiple phone calls to their offices we have had no progress with this issue.

I would not trust them with any transfer or money related issue. They have had the money for 8 months now and need an auditor just to check the account? Do these people not have access to their own company bank account? If they can't even pay me my small amount owed to me, I can't even begin to imagine the other amounts of money they draw interest from that doesn't belong to them.

Every time you phone no one shows any sense of urgency or an attempt to sort the issue out. You are also unable to speak to the owners because they are out of office. Rather be safe and use someone else.
