Zero stars for Nedbank - Service stinks

Worst client service ever. Invest too much in Ads and technology instead of client servicing. Nedbank homeloans zero stars, my advice go elsewhere, their automatic response to complaints is ‘Im sorry….’. Means nothing, in a nutshell worst bank ever!
