ZERO SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

Shocking to say the least! The new Internet banking is truly not the best. I asked on Monday for info to be send to me was promised it would have been sent in 45 min ...received zero info! I have been battling for 3 days to retrieve a tax certificate from Nedbank for Sars....ZERO assistance! Shame on you Nedbank....your service is shocking! My stars are zero!
