ZERO SERVICE

I'm so not happy with Nedbank last year and went to branch to apply for a new card since i was using savings account ,,, then moved to cheque acc.. i told the consultant that was assisting me to close the other account which was savings account and he assured me that its closed... after a while i noticed that it was not closed and had an overdraft of R800.00 and now they say i must pay it , why is it my problem coz of the carelessness of that stupid consultant ... Nedbank please sort that acc ASAP
